My client is a well-known financial institution who are looking to expand several of their teams with Solution Architects.
Day to Day
- Define and implement the tech road-map and tech refreshment plan to modernise the IT infrastructure
- Create design proposals and prepare architecture reports
- Recommend improvements to tech systems
- Aid in IT training and support
- Drive and promote architectural standards and policies
- Provide architecture advice and assistance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 10+ years of information systems analysis/design and architecture development experience
- Consultancy experience in architecture is very helpful
- Understanding of EA concepts and its roadmap
- Knowledge of
- App Development Frameworks and Tools
- Cloud (AWS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Management and Analytics of Data
- Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and (IoT)
- Request for Information and Request for Proposal experience
- Influential and strong communications (English written and spoken)
- Make complex problems simple
- Complex and ambiguous Tech roadmapping experience
- Lead and own the architecture analysis, modelling, design, artifacts and integrity
