Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Document and report software defects, issues, and improvements.
- Participate in the design and execution of test strategies.
- Ensure the timely completion of test cases and reporting.
Qualifications:
Junior to Mid-Level (3-5 years of experience):
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and software testing principles.
- Familiarity with test case design and execution.
- Ability to identify, report, and track defects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Senior / Lead (5 years of experience with directed experience in a lead position):
- Extensive experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts.
- Proficiency in test management tools and test case design.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior testers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English will be an advantage for clear documentation and collaboration with global teams.
