Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Document and report software defects, issues, and improvements.
Participate in the design and execution of test strategies.
Ensure the timely completion of test cases and reporting.

Qualifications:

Junior to Mid-Level (3-5 years of experience):

Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and software testing principles.
- Familiarity with test case design and execution.
- Ability to identify, report, and track defects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Senior / Lead (5 years of experience with directed experience in a lead position):

Extensive experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts.
- Proficiency in test management tools and test case design.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior testers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Good command of English is preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English will be an advantage for clear documentation and collaboration with global teams.
