Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customized program requirement, design and develop software or process that is most suitable for the customers to meet their requirements
- Assist in managing projects.
- Responsible for managing, decision making, and planning in project implementation.
- Control and monitor all processes of projects starting from gathering requirement until delivery of results to the customer on time.
- Coach and manage team member, provide guidance or direction to subordinates, check and solve the problem to meet target's plan and business goal.
- Provide technical advice to team member and clients.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experiences in software development as a manager
- Experience in ERP software especially SAP B1 will be an advantage
- Have expertise in programing with C#, .Net or use BI and reporting tools (Crystal report, MS SQL, HANA, Windows for server) will be an advantage
- Having strong management skills.
- Good command in English
