Key Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Head of IT
- Supervise and delegate duties to the development team
- Establish development standards for the team
- Ensure software development process and deliverable are meet with business requirements and IT Security standard
- Create a budget and timeline for the development project
Key Qualifications:
- 10 years experiences and hands-on software development or equivalent role.
- 5 years working in management experiences
- Good knowledge in Insurance and non-life is a plus
- Digital Mindset - API thinking, cloud adoption, DevOps
- skilled in different programming languages, including HTML, SQL, Java, Springboot etc.
- Strong knowledge in Database such as Azure, AWS, Oracle, DBMS
- Strong communication both Thai and English, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar in multi-national working environment
