An iconic lifestyle destination client is looking for a strategic Head of Social Media/Online Marketing to join its Singapore Office.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be the mastermind in defining and designing the brand/company social media marketing roadmap. Leading one direct report, you and your team represent an integral and magical pillar of its structured marcoms division, enabling a dynamic reach to its target audience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the social media marketing budget and define the social media marketing strategies across all its channels
- Ideate and drive consistent content management to reach its target audience
- Guide the team in effective campaigns activation of varying scope, from pre-, during, to post-activation
- Interpret data and identify insights across various BI/CMS/social media marketing tools to enable effective traffic conversion and optimise media spend
- Use analytics to define, measure and demonstrate ROI
- Contribute to the overall PR crisis management policies
Key requirements
- Singaporean
- Excellent English writing skills and strong presentations skills
- Solid hands-on and strategic experience in social media/online marketing
- Super user of a variety of social media marketing and management tools (eg, Sprinklr)
- Passionate in travel/tourism and lifestyle
