Our client is a well established high performing team within a global brand. Due to a number of exciting projects they ar ecurrently seekign an experienced technology lawyer to join their dynamic and supportive team.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating large and complex technology contracts including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service level agreements and licensing agreements. You will also provide advice on related matters like IP, privacy, regulatory, policy, data and other related areas. The legal team and wider company is focused on diversity and flexibility.
Skills & experience
As the successful candidate, you will have experience gained experience in a major domestic or international law firm and preferably have some in-house or secondment exposure. You will be a confident communicator, commercially focused and capable of handling a variety of complex technology work. The role would suit a strong negotiator and a savvy commercial thinker. This organisation are interested in talking to Lawyers from a mid to senior level.
