Senior SAP SD and IBP (FMCG)

Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Senior SAP SD. This role will responsible for sustain integrated IT landscape and complex setup migrated, without business interruption

Key Responsibilities

• Challenges in system and technical knowledge, capability and availability, due to changes in business model and limited knowledge and skills, as new IT stand-alone function
• Ensure compliance of IT control
• Effectively engage and work with external vendors and IT organization to meet business requirement and strategic initiatives
• Continuously identify an opportunity to optimize system complexity and total cost of ownership, to effectively run new IT organization
• Managing SAP - SD, IBP as a critical solution to support key business transaction and operations, delivering and sustaining SAP and integrated solution
• Works closely with Business to understand the requirements and also work closely with IT and vendors to deliver effective solutions, meeting business requirement
• Manage End to End projects on SAP and integrated systems and platform
• Work closely with IT and Vendors to manage effective release calendar and program to minimize business impact from solution deployment
• Closely work with business to redefine and improve SAP processes

Key Qualification

• Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and custom
• Bachelor's degree required in related field. Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in SAP - SD module.
• 5+ years of hands-on configuration skills in Demand/Supply planning tools such as IBP, APO, or other ERP planning
• 5+ years of experience related IT experience, preferably in Process Industry
• Knowledge of integration points in SAP module and related business processes
• Proficient in written & spoken English
• Strong analytical skills
• service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study
• Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools & processes, HP Service Manager, Mercury tools, CPG industry experience, project implementation and production support experience
• Experience of working in Manufacturing domain for any process industry
