Our client is a key player in the general insurance market. Their products are including Property, Casualty, Fire, Marine, Liability, Financial Lines and Group Personal Accident insurance for corporate clients. They are now looking for "Senior Operations Manager" to supports the delivery of excellent policy administration services and also managing teams to align with business requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic planning and change management
- Work with business partners to understand priorities and embed them into operational strategic planning within Customer Operations
- Provide leadership support and coaching to Managers, and/or Team Leaders, with regular one-2-one, performance checking and setting expectations
- Work with Managers and Team Leaders on action taken to address the cause of customer dissatisfaction, identified via customer feedback
- Establish a strong connection with Leadership and team members within the businesses that the operational team support
- Set and meet targets for Continuous improvement that bring value to the business and are aligned to the business strategic focus
- Ensure adherence to local and regional compliance rules
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Insurance industry, non-life insurance would be advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in management level
- Experienced in change management or continuous improvement project
- Customer Service skill is a must
- Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
- Professionalism
- Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
