Our client is a well established and recognised global brand. Due to continued growth they are seeking a senior rewards professional who will be primarily responsible for the proactive development and delivery of competitive regional and local reward programs

Role:

As a senior member of the Reward team, you are expected to work with the country and HR leadership teams to support the implementation of business strategy:

Design/develop/implement specific compensation, sales incentive and benefits solutions, programs, policies and processes to support current and future business strategy in line with the company's reward philosophy and managed within the organization's financial plan.

Provide internal consulting support to HRBPs and line management on complex reward issues that address current business cycle and structure, legal restrictions, financial constraints, socio-political and economic forces of diverse countries.

Guide and transfer knowledge to HR Operations in the execution of reward programs and processes i.e. compensation review process, management of bonus and salary budget spend, benefits administration, performance management etc.

Educate and help improve HR and line management's understanding of reward and performance management programs and how they can be used to incentivize business performance and motivate employees.

Contribute to influencing reward content design and global reward processes by representing business and regional perspective/needs.

Participate in various regional & global reward projects such as Workday compensation on-line, salary budgeting, SIP automation, Health & Wellness, reward service delivery projects etc.

Keep abreast of the latest market intelligence, market trends and practices in reward and broader Total Reward.

Provide leadership, advice and support to line management, HRBPs and HR Operations to adapt global and regional reward programs and to ensure consistent and equitable implementation of programs that comply with local statutory requirements and market practice.

Ensure awareness, understanding, compliance and administrative implementation of the Company's reward philosophy and principles.

Work closely with HRBPs to support continuous improvement of reward policies and also provides regional expert knowledge on specific C&B specialist fields.


Qualifications:

Ideally have 8-10 years experience in reward management preferably in a consumer led business.

Understand regional/local legislation and reward practices in the areas of base pay, benefits, variable compensation, sales compensation and equity programs.

MS Office Skills with advanced knowledge of Excel & some exposure to Workday

Highly numerical, analytical and possess strong project management skills

Strong business acumen and ability to understand business strategy and plans

Good communication and consultative skills, ability to influence and negotiate is crucial.

Ability to work effectively within a multi-country/multidimensional environment.
