Our client is a well-known insurance company, specialized in Property, Casualty, and Motor insurance products in Thailand. Their business has grown rapidly and consistently by earning the continuous supports from its business partners and keep expanding at this moment. They are now looking for ''Senior Manager - Business Development" to achieve new business win and deliver sales target.

Salary: 120-150K

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing new business opportunity in the market
  • Acquire new business partner (B2B)
  • Initiate and develop business development strategy to achive new business and target
  • Coordinate with cross functional team both internal and external to support all BD activities

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in General Insurance business is a MUST
  • Experience dealing with corporate client (B2B)
  • Experience in people management
  • Excellent in communication and presentation skills
  • Have successful track record in business development
  • High standard of accuracy, high-driven, and self-motivated
  • Professionalism
  • Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
