A well-known FMCG company and they are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Asia to work closely with the Group CEO to expand corporate portfolio and expand the business internationally
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects across multiple markets and to partner with local executive management for program launch
- Acquire market intelligence to conduct market research and analysis on the market trends and competitors' analysis across respective geographical areas
- Identify new business opportunities and assess the viability of alternative opportunities and evaluate the impact of local regulatory framework
- Collaborate with internal parties i.e. Finance, Legal, Market Heads and external business partners in the execution of strategies
- Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management, strategic and commercial in nature
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in commercial and business development for emerging markets in Asia or ASEAN region
- Food & Beverage or FMCG industry experience is a must
- University graduates or above majoring in Business Administration is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and participate to strategic choices
- Process driven, action orientated, hands on in transforming strategic choices into quality implementation
- Personable, high EQ and ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, excited to work cross cultures
