Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Senior Java/Scala Developer. This role will reponsible for System Implementation project.
Key Responsibilities;
- Implementation System (Installation, Config, Test, Operate, Troubleshoot)
- Strong network and infrastructure design (Networking, Protocol, HA, etc.
- Design, customize and implement solutions (SA)
- System Integration, and customization
- Work closely with international vendors and other IT team
- Get business requirements with clients and converse to technical design.
- Identify root cause and troubleshoot both system and network issues and reverse engineering skills.
- Develop basic script to operate system (software development C# .NET, JavaScript, web, etc.)
- Manage standard API integration (REST, SOAP, HTTP methods, Data Type, etc.)
Key Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related filed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge in Database and Web Services
- Good command in English.
- Experience worked with large enterprise system integration or development (will be advantage)
- Experience in CISCO or Avaya contact center implementation (will be advantage)
