Argyll Scott is looking for the Senior Infrastructure Specialist to work in the international packing company based in Saraburi.
As the Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will oversee all IT actives in the factory and including the sale office in Bangkok.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support internal IT infrastructure system e.g. Network Operating System, Network Security, PABX Telephony System, Software, hardware, etc.
- Improve and maintain the availability of the system regarding SLA by using the monitoring tools, providing the suitable solution, etc.
- Support and troubleshoot the internal IT issues
- Coordinate and support the project that related to IT department
- Control and maintain IT assets and software licenses
Qualifications
- Graduate from IT or related fields
- At least 8 years' experience in the IT Infrastructure fields
- ·Solid experience in supporting Window Server operating system, SQL Server, O365, etc
- Experience in supporting networking device eg switch, router, firewall, load balance.
- Experience in support and troubleshoot IT incidents, including remotely support
- Good English communications kills
- Able to work on every other Saturday
