Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incident, problems, and handling trouble ticket within SLA
- Configuration management on IP core nodes
- Different OEM /3PP management
- Coordinate with remote delivery team and handling customer and internal partners
Key Requirements:
- Experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
- Technical Expert on IP core (Switch Routers, Firewalls, IP services etc)
- Software testing qualifications of ISEB/ISTQB would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
- Knowledge supporting and collaboration skills
- English speaking skills is a MUST
