A global retail and food business with a global footprint and instantly recognizable brand, is hiring a Senior HR Manager to partner with key markets in strategizing and delivering people capability to drive sustainable business result and growth.
The Opportunity:
- Partner with markets on reviewing and designing org structure aligned with business strategy
- Lead the assessment of market business capability, define key capability focus areas and partner with cross-functional team and franchisees on capability building intervention
- Support Leadership Team and Market GMs on key talent acquisition in growth markets
- Drive the talent review and assessment, succession planning at operations level
- Work closely with Ops and Training team in developing and executing training and development program
- Partner with cross-functional teams in setting and delivering key market priorities to drive results and unlock growth
- Partner with markets on creating and embedding a High Performing and Heart-led culture through robust programs
- Drive and track people metrics and work with markets on executing action plans
About You:
- At least 10 years relevant experience in HR Business Partnering and in one of HR expertise area
- Fluency in speaking Bahasa Indonesia would be desirable
- Experience in Retail + FMCG companies
- Strong influencing skills and relationship builder
- Excellent Communication Skills
