Title : Senior Facility and Maintenance Engineering Manager

The client

The Role
- Managing and planning engineering and maintenance systems, including site facilities capital budget, all facilities system capacity, space, and system reliability.
- Leading and managing utility and fabrication staff and contractors to deliver facilities, utilities support service to be safe and suitable for a work environment that fulfills internal and external customers.
- Assuring all critical systems functioning as designed and capable of maintaining business continuity.
- Manage Maintenance Budget and Improve the Cost-Effectiveness
- Implementing the facility capacity management system and energy-saving program.
- Costing reduction efforts related to efficiency energy and enhanced technology, along with initiating, recommending and providing the suggestion concerning conservation program to the team.
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Need to have a strong background in Facility & Maintenance
- Great understanding of the automation system
- Great people management skills
- 12+ years experiencing in Maintenance engineering.
- Communicable in English will be needed.
