Our client is a leader in their field with a brand that is recognised on a global scale . Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Employee Relations you will be responsible for offering comprehensive strategic employee relations advice to a number of senior leaders across the region. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including supporting the team with employment documentation for new hires, conducting investigations, performance management, terminations, managing legal risks and advising around more transactional Employee Relations solutions.
You will also be responsible for partnering with leaders to assess and respond to ER matters You will have oversight and representation of the Workplace policies provide advice on managing complaints, employee consultation and investigations including providing outcome advice.
With a tertiary qualification in a legal or HR discipline you will have proven experience of working either in private practice or in house covering employment law or within a Human Resources function providing consultative Employee Relations advice to stakeholders at all levels. You will have a minimum of seven years of employment law experience with a general understanding of employment law frameworks in across the region.
