Our client is a well-established organization with a strong presence across the globe & they are looking to hire DevOps talent for some of the newly initiated FS projects in Hong Kong.
Specific Responsibilities
- Support and maintain platform infrastructure
- Expand platform capabilities through integration, automation of external applications
- Network security (policy, strategy, planning, execution and processes)
- Management of system performance and alerting platforms
- Ensure system architecture and its components are kept up-to-date and relevant to the industry
- Spend some time on research and propose enhancements to existing architecture
- Help the development team set up relevant CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud service cost management
Requirements, Experience And Skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- At-least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in computer network principles and network packet capture technologies
- Experience in cloud technologies is a must - AWS experience is highly preferred while Azure / GCP experience is considerable
- Experience in using IaC tools (Terraform / CloudFormation) is required
- Familiar with Linux system and major distributions
- Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, ELB, VPC, CloudWatch), the certificate would be an advantage
- Familiar with Terraform, ELK stack, Grafana, K8s, Docker, Prometheus, Helm, nginx
- Knowledge in shell scripting language
- Bonus points for experience with the followings: NodeJS, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
