PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Be the face of company services/ business as first point of
contact for new potential principals when they are seeking information on the
distribution services of company. Provide full support in the entire
process of searching and identifying new business opportunities primarily
aiming to expand existing pool of principals. In addition, protect and lead
contract renewal end-to-end processes for existing distribution principals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review Market mapping and targeting of principals. Develop Strategic approach.
* Planning approach to principals
* Develop relations with each client
* Preparing and sending Request for Information (RFI), answering to Request for Proposal (RFP)
* Preparation of proposals and presentations (potential as well as renewal)
* Presentation to Principals
* Negotiation of Terms and conditions (close collaboration with Finance and Operations)
* Contract initiation (coordination role with Finance/Legal)
* Implementation initiation (coordination role with Operations)
* Manage proposals, presentations, negotiations, contracts writing, business initiation/transition
* In liaison with all departments and regional office and under supervision of Client Development
Manager

CLIENTS DEVELOPMENT :

* Develop and maintain a compelling offer presentation of company and solutions
* Entertain company client's database
* Map, target and approach new clients
* Follow market development, understand client's needs and match with company solutions
* Develop solutions into offers to present, and deals to negotiate
* Develop a strategic plan for client's development
* In liaison with all departments and regional office

KEY RESULT AREA (KRA)

* Renewal of existing contracts
* Number and value of new contracts, new clients and contracts/clients
* Satisfaction of clients

QUALIFICATION:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
* Experience in Business and Relations Management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* At least 5 years work experience in a large organization
* Computer literate
* Good presentation skills
