About Our Client

Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a global leading pharmaceutical company in Thailand. Now, they are urgently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence to join their team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop BI solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify insights and trends, and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and privacy of data
  • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends, and evaluate their applicability to our business needs
  • Mentor and train junior BI analysts, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact BI solutions in the healthcare industry
  • Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, with experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and report development
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Experience working with healthcare data, including claims, clinical, and financial data
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex BI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data wrangling, data cleaning, and feature engineering
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus
