SAP Success factors Compensation Functional Consultant - 6 Months - Remote/Germany
The Hydrogen Group are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors consultant for a 6 months contract. Our client is a boutique consultancy specialising in complex SAP implementations across Europe, this role does offer up to 80% remote working.
The role:
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with an expertise in Compensation and Variable pay.
Our client are looking for a Senior level consultant who can act in the IT Advisory Services space. Gathering business requirements and finalising the 'To-Be design. As well as Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications and carry out unit test.
Skill sets required for this role:
- 3 + years experience in SuccessFactors Compensation
- 2+ end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Expertise in Compensation module
- Experience in delivering large high profile, complex HCM cloud implementation
- Integration between Employee Central and Performance Management is must.
- Good at XML configurations
Other Skills:
- Fluency in German speaking language
- Client-facing experience
- Ideally should be Successfactors certified in Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
