Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for SAP Change Management Lead (Contract 6 months). This role will responsible for leading on business change for the deployment, to ensure the local business is bought in and ready to operate without disruption with the SAP solution.

Key Responsibilities;

  • The OCM Lead develops change plans and has responsibility to support the readiness of the business to receive the global SAP template
  • Draws on support from the Deployment Teams to direct the change management activities of the Super Users/Key Users, Site Lead and local site Leadership Team
  • Develop and execute a local stakeholder engagement plan
  • Coach and prepare leaders to lead change
  • Organisational Design and Work with process SMEs to facilitate the design of the Target Operating Model
  • Own the local communication plan, develop and then coordinate delivery of local communications artefacts and campaigns
  • Ensure that the interests of local stakeholders are effectively managed by the Deployment Teams
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to identify which users need which SAP access, in a controlled wayWork with local HR leads to put in place the structures needed for sustainability in BAU
  • Oversee the development and schedule of local training plans
  • Track and report on training status to local leadership
  • Identify, implement, track and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums
  • Proactively and effectively manage the OCM deliverables within the OCM plan and the Deployment plan

Key Qualifications;

  • Experience of organisational change management with in a large-scale programme (ideally SAP change management experience)
  • Experience of working within manufacturing
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written
  • Organised and methodical in general approach to work
  • Influencing skills, able to manage upwards
  • Communication planning
  • Stakeholder management
  • Change planning - having a pragmatic approach to assessing priorities
  • Able to manage and motivate others
  • Familiarity with the planning of training programmes
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organised, and be able to easily interface and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals - having a "can-do" approach and style of operation
  • Determined and resilient to identify resolutions to issues within own span of control
  • Ability to execute in a fast pace environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
