Major Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
- Build a strong relationship with existing customers while looking for new opportunities
- Lead, develop and provide coaching to the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 5-7 of sales experience; over 5 years experience in digital printing market
- Strong Technical Skills (Hardware, Software, Graphics)
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Thai Nationality only
