Sales Manager

Our client is high-end skincare brand, they are currently searching a Sales Manager to lead the frontline, maximize the retail sales and to establish strong brand presence for Hong Kong business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure a top-line and retailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs
  • Work closely with training team according to training plan, regularly follow up on performance and ensure service, product and brand knowledge are up to brand standard
  • Ensure responsible parties to meet sales targets of assigned accounts
  • Optimize Sales operations or related internal activities to help with growing business and strengthening brand value
  • Build strong working relationships with Retail team, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans

Key requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in retail management experience in sales & operation, preferably in beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
  • Good Command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
