They are looking for a successful Sales Engineer Manager to initiate their business and be part of growing team in Thailand. Location : Lumlukka, Thailand
Report to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the market, competitors and identify potential customers
- Build strong relationships with new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Create new marketing and sales strategy to drive sales for new market in machinery
- Negotiate and develop brand partnerships and associations as needed
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales (machinery)
- Highly skilled in strategic development, campaign marketing, customer engagement, market insight, competitive analysis.
- Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English
