Our client is one of the leading consumer goods business focused on growth in SEA market. They are now looking for Department Manager ( Route to Market) to be a part of their growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for Define and design the right channel strategy
Major Responsibilities:
- Work on Route-to-Market Rewarding and Visibility Program with business partners.
- Plan strategic RTM communication and drive local team deployment.
- Define and implement other assigned RTM projects.
- Maintain and build strong relationship with key clients in CLMV
- Expand the new sales channel in CLMV market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5 year experiences or more in business development, channel marketing or trade marketing
- from FMCG.
- A proven track record in successful deliver with own special project which drives significant
- marketing activities is preferred.
- A proven experience in managing partners and distributor across CLMV area is preferred.
- Good command of English communication both written and verbal.
- Be able to travel as assigned area.
