Our client is one of the holding companies in Thailand expanding their business internationally. They are looking for Risk Management Director to deliver a global risk program and to be responsible for the digital transformation of risk management and governance including data mining and data analytics
Responsibilities:
· Implement, develop, monitor and oversee global ERM program
· Ensure all procedures, protocols, strategies and key metrics are fully implemented
· Develops and delivers ERM training to enhance the culture of risk management business process
· Recommend policy changes and provide guidance to business units
· Leverages risk insights to promote and ensure consistency of risk management across the enterprise, including aligning with Internal Audit on the creation of the Internal Audit Plan and to influence appropriate coverage of auditable risks,
· Liaise with Internal Audit and external stakeholder
The successful applicant will have:
· A Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
· 10+ years of working experience within MNC environment with a solid knowledge Governance, ERM & Compliance framework
· Familiar with various risk management software
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
· Thai nationality
