An Exciting Opportunity with an established FMCG, your primary responsibility would be to assist the Regional Total Rewards Director in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation and benefits programs in the region.

You would be expected to ensure that the company's rewards programs are aligned with the business objectives and market trends, while also adhering to local laws and regulations.

Your duties would include conducting research and analysis on compensation and benefits practices in the region, supporting the design and delivery of employee compensation and benefits programs, and assisting in the administration of the programs.

You would also be responsible for ensuring that the company's compensation and benefits programs are communicated effectively to employees and that employee queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

You will provide the full spectrum support on the employee benefits programs including Retirement, Medical, Life & Accident, Travel insurance etc. in the region in partnership with the Group Total Rewards team.

You will advise on remuneration packages including Market leadership group, high remuneration hires, and international mobility (taxation, social security etc.) to the Market HR team

Provide support for international mobility programs by working on mobility packages that are in line with the Group's policy, regulatory standards and taxation guidelines etc.

Additionally, you would be expected to work closely with other HR functions, such as recruitment and performance management, to ensure that the total rewards programs are integrated with other HR processes and aligned with the company's talent strategy.

Overall, this role would require a strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices in the region, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
