A global luxury beauty brand client is looking for a Regional Retail Excellence Manager to join its regional office Singapore.
This position creates and brings out the best in-class retail operations and retail excellence; builds the best in-class frontline capabilities.
Reporting to APAC Retail Director, this individual contributor role is a critical and strategic lever to enable the Brand sets the industry benchmark and leads the competitions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, define, drive and harmonise regional and in-countries retail operations framework, processes, and compliance; whilst champion Asia needs to global discussions
- Partner across Marketing, Ecommerce, Training/Learning to achieve an omni-approach for both internal clients (frontline retail teams) and external clients
- Diagnose every building block of retail excellence, and drive end-to-end planning and realisation of best in-class frontline capabilities, which also extends in tandem to the brand equity and image, client shopping journey and experience
Key requirements
- Solid experience in regional (luxury/premium) retail operations; strong advantage from beauty (cosmetics, skincare, fragrance)
- Comes with a track record in establishing and accelerating retail excellence
- Effective in influencing in-country/local stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic ecosystem
