Our client is one of the fast and growing organization in digital and online space and are looking to expand their presence in the regions. They are specialized in e-business and e-transaction, and all related digital space in many countries in SEA. They are currently looking for an energetic, initiative, young talent, and independent professional to lead the role of a REGIONAL HR MANAGER who has solid background in OD with strong leadership skill to oversee entire HR issues in regions.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with Management teams both in Thailand & Overseas
- Oversee full spectrums of overall HR functions particularly in HRD and able to lead HR team as well as build the culture of the company
- Influence & Drive changes and work with senior management in organisation
- Initiate and Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Continuously have an overview of the competency needs and ensure professional staffing
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
- Ensure that the organization and employees are continuously developed to create maximum value
- Ensure that entire HR functions are smoothly and effectively operate
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master's degree qualified in Business Management / OD / HRM is preferred but not a requirement
- At least 10 years working experience in Human Resource preferably in IT & Service with OD experience or FMCG Industry / MNC background
- Ability to establish credibility across the matrix organization and engage sites
- Regional experienced in Online / Digital industry with strong skill in stakeholder management
- Professional, dynamic, versatile, independent, and able to deal with senior management people
- Strong relationship building, management, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in Communication skills both Thai & English language
- Able to travel for work related issue
