About our client

Our partner is a leading food manufacturer. They are famous for being one of the top food producers with ambition to be number one in the market. Currently, they are looking for an experienced R&D Assistant Manager/ R&D Manager to expand their business.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for full loop R&D process

* Choose and qualify raw materials to meet the product specifications and concepts

* Responsible for the timely and right execution of product development activities including formulation development, supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.)

* Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of product.

* Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects, with colleagues from Quality, Marketing, external labs, vendors and suppliers

* Troubleshoot production processes to resolve production, quality and regulatory compliance issues.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related fields

* At least 6 years of experience in full loop R&D from manufacturing background

* Product experience in Snack is a must.

* Good command of English

* Excellent at presentation skills

* Proven creative, value-added, results producer

* Ability to multi-task, plan and organize activities

* Able to adapt in fast-paced and highly pressured situations

* Able to work in Hua Hin

* Thai nationality only
