A global quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its Australia team.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage market plans/budgets to achieve the brand's business goals and ambitions (annual operating plan), including but not limited to restaurant productivity, food and workplace safety, kitchen/stockroom efficiency, training, and people development
- Achieve two most critical success measures for all restaurants: excellent customer experience, and food and workplace safety
- Visit restaurants regularly to audit and identify opportunities for continual improvement in people, performance and business
- Diagnose root cause(s) for unsatisfactory performances and work with local team/restaurant to resolve with a time-defined action plan
- Demonstrate values of high-performance culture (including recognition, accountability, ownership, results, empathy, respect) and influence/inspire same traits from local stakeholders
Key requirements
- More than eight years of quick-service (QSR) or fast-food restaurants experiences with multiple stores management
- Dynamic profile with excellent stakeholders (internal and external) management skills
- Fit for frequent business trips (domestic)
- Has potential to step up into multi-countries portfolio
