Salary: Base salary up to 70K-90K + other benefits per month
A successful candidate should have
- Bachelor's Degree in Food science or Biotechnology
- At least 4-6 years of experience in QA or R&D from food manufacturers
- Knowledgeable about food raw materials for HACCP Risk Assessment
- Having background from FMCG manufacturers would be an advantage
- Can work in Chonburi
- Able to communicate in English

They are currently seeking QA Incoming Specialist to optimize their team.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for overseeing the development of and turning 2nd sourced-raw materials into the current source raw materials
- Ensure raw materials meet nutritional and regulatory standards while also being safe for use by conducting HACCP risk assessment
- Ensure the new raw materials are suitable for the entire product shelf-life. Responsible for maintaining raw material specifications, handling procedures, inventory management, and nutritional data.
- Execute projects to improve product designs in terms of cost, quality, and functionality.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of raw material performance in the product and process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food science or Biotechnology
- At least 4-6 years of experience in QA or R&D from food manufacturers
- Knowledgeable about food raw materials for HACCP Risk Assessment
- Having background from FMCG manufacturers would be an advantage
- Can work in Chonburi
- Able to communicate in English
- Flexible in working style and easily adaptable
- Highly logical & analytical thinking
- Thai nationality only
