Project Manager / Business Analyst (Digitalization) Contract - 90K HKD/M
Responsibilities:
- Manage digitalization project delivery across Operations and IT teams
- Project management including defining project timeline, implementing and checking milestones and managing resources
- Involved with mapping customer journey
- Set up governance and create business case
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management for financial services industry
- Experience in customer journey digitalization and tech implementation
- PMP / Six Sigma
