Responsibilities
- To improve systems, products, services, process efficiency, and control, offer project management, workflow design, test management, and consulting services to the retail banking sector.
- Cooperate closely with stakeholders, such as WPB business users, operations, IT, risk stewards, etc., to guarantee successful project implementation and support for process management.
- Participate in developing, testing, and implementing WPB system and product launch projects.
- Implement end-to-end project management life cycle into projects and systems in multiple business sectors using agile methodology and change framework.
- Accept the position of PMO for significant projects or programs.
- Take part in projects, programs, and strategic WPB initiatives and programs spanning all Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) business areas.
Requirements
- University graduate with relevant coursework or credentials or applicant with relevant job experience
- Project management, system implementation, or business transformation expertise in the banking industry for at least two years is desired.
- Knowing about retail banking, particularly credit cards and lending, will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
