Project Manager, Compliance operation APAC - Well established Private Bank
Our client is a leading private bank and they are currently looking for a Project Manager (Perm headcount) to join their Compliance operation project team across their APAC Private Banking division
You will be responsible to:
Drive and implement APAC Compliance Operations projects and deliverables regarding AML/ KYC/ FCC compliance operation focus projects
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and to drive project/ business problem to completion
Set up or revamp processes across the APAC region and introduce the new business initiatives
Work closely with the regional and global team to implement new policy and process changes as well as providing compliance advice
Conduct gap analysis of open issues and requirements, develop solutions
Perform business analysis, process mapping and providing solutions and recommendations for the respective projects
Work with regulators and auditors
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation and process management support
Requirement
Minimum 6 - 8 years of working experience in project management experience related to AML/ KYC/ FCC compliance operation experience within Private Bank/ Wealth Management
Good stakeholder management skill in driving the project
Ability to drive communication and relationships at senior management level
Strong issue analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient in English and Chinese is a must
