Salary: up to 150K per month
A successful candidate should have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in Production leader position from food manufacturing background
- Able to work in shift hours
- Strong leadership & people management
- Can work in Pak Chong
- Able to communicate in English

About our client
Our partner is a global FMCG food manufacturer. They are famous for being one of the top meat product producers with ambition to be number one in the market. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to maximize their overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage, oversee and lead daily shift production operations to make sure the work protocols align well with the plans
- Identify major causes of problems to improve and maximize the production process, manpower and machine capacity
- Organize and plan the operation staffs and shift schedules to run the operation process smoothly
- To make sure material & staff resources sufficiently available to operation and situational changes
- In charge of maintaining best safety practice, operation and quality standard and minimal waste complying with 5S and GMP
- Train, drive, motivate, develop and evaluate operators' performance to reach their potential
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in Production leader position from food manufacturing background
- Able to work in shift hours
- Strong leadership & people management
- Having background from FMCG manufacturers would be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English
- Highly logical & analytical thinking
- Thai nationality only
