Our client who has an outstanding reputation in Banking Industry. With the growth of the business which has a track record of consistently expanding their markets. They are seeking Production Services Specialist (Payment) to be a part of the growth team, based in Singapore.
Your job will involve providing support for applications related to the payments for the bank, which is including cards, ATM and POS terminals, as well as transaction processing protocols.

Responsibilities.
As a production support specialist with expertise in Cloud AWS and Azure, you will be responsible for providing technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Supporting card transactions for Visa, MC, AMEX, and DISC.
- Provision of technical consultation to application teams during the design of database solutions in regard to approach, resources, availability and recoverability.
- Analyzing transaction failures and making recommendations to improve application reliability and quality, support processes, practices, and procedures.
- Making strong technical decisions and completing tasks & assignments under limited supervision.
- Recognizing problems that need further investigations, seeking assistance when needed, and demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Ensuring documentation of production incidents and collaborating with different support and development teams and resolving issues.
- Assisting the team in devising new support processes and ensuring their implementation as per company policy
What are we looking for.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Payment industry domain, Cards, ATM & POS terminals and transactions.
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) experience would be a plus to compliment the card industry experience
- Shell scripting, Putty, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
