Responsibilities:
- Responsible to overall functionality of company's products (POS, CRM CDP, Etc.)
- Conduct research to understand customers' needs, market & competition
- Benchmarking products, comparing with competitors in the same industry (MarTech - CRM)
- Ensure effective and proper product execution
- Analyze UI (user interface), UX (user experience), product functionalities
- Create both short & long term product roadmap
- Oversee innovation and improvement of product where there is any potential in a business
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing & Etc.) in product development cycle to successfully deliver product into the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fieldS
- Strong solution providers in product development
- Skilled communicator, able to coordinate with various parties
- Growth mindset, able to learn new technologies/techniques and apply to the business
- Direct experience in MarTech or similar field is a plus
- Experience in CRM platform is a plus
