Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting the direction, prioritization of product, whilst ensuring deliverables match business requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Build and lead an effective test-and-learn culture, ensuring 'speed to learning' is maximized to highest degree
  • Set and achieve KPI's for product performance and create experiments to test improvement hypotheses on regular basis

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a product manager/ lead with demonstrable experience in creating high performance digital products leveraging large volumes of data ideally including classification of image-based or video data
  • A strong understanding of engineering best practice, able to effectively mentor and coach highly technical teams
  • Experience in a startup or pureplay tech business with track record of delivering innovative technology
  • Passion for business new solutions from scratch
  • Experience working in challenging environments of teams from different cultural and functional backgrounds
  • Resilient, can-do mindset, track record in making agile work.
  • Passion for focus and getting things done in record time
  • Problem solver with passion for creating elegant solutions to complex problems
