The Role
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead new product development and commercialization activities for assigned product lines
- Maintain and expand relationship with key customers
- Maintain products, competitors' knowledge and movement
- Derive business insights and relevant market opportunities through the development, analysis & execution of syndicated data and market research
- Build portfolio strategies aligned to market need & supporting delivery of 5-year plan
- Ensure that country brand plans are aligned to Territory Asset strategies
- Maximize profit generated from Construction Chemical Portfolio
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 Years In Concrete, Construction Industry
- Have experience working with an International Company
- Trustworthy and no ethical issues
- Good English capability
- Thai Nationality
