Procurement (Senior) Manager (Up to 900k base)

Our client is a financial services company with business span across the globe. They are looking for a well-versed Procurement expert to be based in HK, for a Procurement Manager or Senior Manager role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Procurement operations - building the organization's sourcing model across all categories (ex-IT)
  • Vendor Management and negotiation
  • Corporate governance - developing govern procurement policies and procedures
  • Process development - process and procedures automation and standardization through e-procurement systems
  • Procurement organization re-engineering - improve regional category management efficiency
  • Stake holder's management and coaching

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Regional procurement experience from a sizable multinational company
  • Solid experience in wide procurement categories management, preferrably in Marketing, Events, Travelling
  • Well versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Strong stakeholders' management skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization
