Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, architecting and building the core system and products that powers the growing B2C digital platform
- Lead the design and implementation of projects related to new or existing products - to build reliable, scalable and high availability solutions for complex systems
- Experience in refactoring code to improve code structure
- Implement and uphold best practices in engineering, security, quality and design topics
- Work with various business application teams to continuously improve, develop, and implement new cutting edge techniques and enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology / Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- At least more than 5 years of experience in business critical applications / software development environment
- Knowledge and experience in agile and understanding of DevOps environment
- Hands-on technical experience in overall Java, Spring boot ecosystem, microservices development environment
- Familiar with AWS environment, Git, Jenkins, Dockers, Kafka, CI/CD tools
- Experience with events driven architecture will be an added advantage
