Job description
- Develop plans and initiatives of audience acquisition campaigns to grow audience, improve conversion rate, and seek more ways to reach consumers
- Analyze data from channels to evaluate and optimize the performance
- Leverage media performance and ensure
- Develop different view on new acquisition initiatives and opportunities
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer journey for better conversion and engagement
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Strong English skills
- Passionate in FinTech or financial is a plus
- Has experience with managing paid media, planning & buying digital media, and app user acquisition
- Has excellent management skills, growth mindset, and resilient
- A self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
