Our client is a leading global FMCG with a highly profitable portfolio of businesses. With a business spanning, there is now an opening opportunity for a proactive and mature professional role as a "PMS and Employee Experience" who leads end-to-end cycle of PMS process to enhance to

to drive employee performance towards the company goals.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Driving high performance culture by leading end to end cycle of performance management process, platform & measurement tool including objective setting, mid-year review, year-end review and 360-degree feedback, to drive employee performance towards the company goals
  • Design & select Performance management guideline and tool that suits to the company Mission, Values and Vision and enable high performance culture
  • Drive Performance management processes & measurement tool and facilitate PM online platform
  • Building high performance culture by timely provide quality PM training and effective PM tools
  • Lead People Planning Process and partner with L&D manager to provide right development for talents as per a company succession plan
  • Drive career discussion activities and provide learning for employee to understand the career development concept & talent management concept
  • Building roadmap to employer of choice by driving employee engagement through Organization Health Survey (OHS) processes and engagement activities
  • Support HR Business Partner in retrieving the OHS result and report interpretation for quality action planning by function
  • Building roadmap to employer of choice by involve related parties to deliver high impact employee engagement calendar & activities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Communication / HR related field is preferred, Master would be an advantage
  • At least 8 years' experience in PMS / Engagement in MNC
  • Strong L&D, OD, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, and Coaching skills
  • Experienced in fast-paced environment, FMCG Background is a MUST
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language
  • Strategic thinking with excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Strong negotiation, time management, self-management skills
  • THAI National ONLY
