Our client is a global consumer FMCG brand that is establishing a new business line across APAC. They are hiring a Regional People & Organization Director to provide business partnering support to selected leaders across the assigned business group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the people and organization strategy with selected senior stakeholders
- Ensure key talent is identified and actions in place to support the people growth agenda across key locations in Asia Pacific
- To create scale and speed by orchestrating region-wide HR initiatives; to support region-wide commercial projects requiring people and organization change or intervention
- Develop Talent Strategy to support commercial strategy. This includes leading and orchestrating wide capability build interventions that underpin growth ambition
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one Asian language
- At least 12 years experience in relevant FMCG / Consumer Products HR
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
- Organizational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
