Job Summary:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the process of onboarding business customers to ensure a steady flow of new clientele.
  • Identify potential business prospects by conducting market analysis, generating leads, and fostering a network.
  • Nurture and oversee strategic partnerships to enrich the company's products/services and extend its market presence.
  • Foster strong relationships with current clients, prioritizing their contentment and loyalty.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations of contracts with clients, guaranteeing agreements that benefit all parties and align with company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging prospects to spot avenues for business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams like marketing, product development, and customer support to synchronize strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Set and attain ambitious sales targets, making a significant contribution to the company's revenue objectives.

Requirements:

  • A track record of 3-5 years, specifically in Payment Solutions, Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, e-Commerce, or related financial services.
  • Knowledgeable about the Asian payment market and well-acquainted with its latest trends and challenges.
  • Proficient in interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional aptitude for solving problems and resolving conflicts.
  • Profound analytical capabilities to interpret data and effectively present insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining enduring client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management proficiencies, capable of managing multiple accounts concurrently.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
