Salary: 180K-260K THB per month
A successful candidate should have
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or Science or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in production environment
- At least 5 years of experience in line management position
- Having background from food or FMCG manufacturerswould be ideal
- Strong Leadership & people management skills
- Can communicate in English for both writing and speaking
- Able to work in Pak Chong

Our partner is a global FMCG food manufacturer. They are famous for being one of the top meat product producers with ambition to be number one in the market. Currently, they are looking for an Operations Manager to advance their overall operations.
About the job
As an Operations Manager, you will be in charge of managing the production teams to achieve production targets. This includes ensuring that the products meet the quality and quantity required before being delivered and the factory operates in safe operation environments. This role also includes maximizing production & cost efficiency, developing the people, as well as ensuring that the process and the machinery meet world-class standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, oversee and coordinate the overall planning, labor utilization, manufacturing budget and machinery use to maximize output at the lowest cost to meet the quality, food safety standards while ensuring staff safety
- Provide direction and co-ordinate with P&O, Engineering, R&D and Commercial & logistics teams
- Develop detailed planning of manpower and resource use
- Support staff training and employee development initiatives
- Play a key role in the site leadership team to provide excellent environments as well as input according to the overall corporate plan
- Perform other ad hoc duties
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or Science or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in production environment
- At least 5 years of experience in line management position
- Having background from food or FMCG manufacturerswould be ideal
- Strong Leadership & people management experience
- Can communicate in English for both writing and speaking
- Highly logical & analytical thinking and great at strategies and planning
- Able to work in Pak Chong
