The Client
My client is a market leader in engineered products supplying to multiple industries such as Automotive, FMCG, Aerospace, Technology plus many more sectors.
The Role
This exciting role as a New Product Introduction Engineer (NPI) will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating customers' new product or process development programs by providing technical guidance or assessment in the design, development, assembly, and test engineering within product introduction projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- New Model coordination with R&D New Product Introduction to develop strategies for new products.
- New Production Line Engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- New machine schedule and prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with engineering team
- Coordinate with engineering and product management team and implement Manufacturing Plan
- Assist Manufacturing department create review revise Planned Maintenance (PM) document
- Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.
- Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.
- Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.
The Person
**Thai National only** with a strong background in New Product Introduction Engineer (NPI) within the Engineered Component Industry ****
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in New Product Introduction Engineer.
- PLC Understanding - Programming an advantage
- CAD Design
- Good command both of written & spoken in English is required
