Responsibilities
Gathers and synthesizes insights to co-create solutions with HCPs, Medical Society & KOLs pre-launch
- Launch readiness for new launches in the portfolio
- Trains value for customers & patients on scientific communication
- Responsible for patient communication and engagement strategy
- Responsible for the diagnostic companion strategy
- Responsible for defining and executing scientific education of KOLs, HCPs
- Defines and owns portfolio and product strategy and prioritization for commercial, medical, access booth in pre-launch and post-launch
- Identifies, develops, prioritizes sources of funding for the portfolio to maximize value for customers & patients
- Drive & accountable for squad performance under compliance
- Collaborate with enabling department for capability and capacity required
- Refine & enforce squad governance and empowers team for decision making
